Notice is hereby given that, in terms of Section 152, subsection (1) (a) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (1996), read in conjunction with Chapter 4, Section 17 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (No. 32 of 2000), the eMalahleni Local Municipality invites all stakeholders and Interested and Affected Parties to submit written comments on the ELM Draft Youth Development strategy (Council Resolution: A178/22-23).
The purpose of this strategy is as follows:
- To guide the mainstreaming of youth development in all policies, programmes and plans within eMalahleni Local Municipality in particular, and of other sectors within eMalahleni that provide services to and for the youth of eMalahleni.
