Emalahleni Local Municipality, hereby in terms of Section (17) of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) invite people that are interested in Tourism and those who are running Tourism Businesses to the Local Tourism Organisation information sharing session. A Local Tourism Organisation (LTO) plays a crucial role in promoting and managing tourism activities within a municipality. Its primary purpose is to enhance the area's tourism potential, boost the local economy, and foster sustainable development.
Objectives of the session
- Promote tourism development in Emalahleni
- Enhance existing tourism products in eMalahleni
- Encourage community involvement in Tourism
Local residents interested in tourism, small business owners, tour operators, travel agencies guest houses, hotels, resorts, shisanyama, lodges,arts and crafts are invited to the information sharing session scheduled as follows:
