Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 152, subsection (1) (a) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (1996), read in conjunction with Section 17(2) and Section 21 of the Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000 that the Council has adopted the Reviewal of the Draft Youth Development Strategy in an Ordinary Council Meeting held on Thursday, 27 March 2025 in the Millennium Hall Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Kwa -Thomas Mahlanguville, Emalahleni.
The Emalahleni Local Municipality invites all stakeholders, interested and affected parties to submit written comments on the Emalahleni Local Municipality Draft Reviewal Youth Development strategy within 21 days of the date of this advertisement.
Members of the public can access the document on the municipal website at www.emalahleni.gov.za and in all Municipal paypoints at the following buildings:

- Phola Municipal Office, Rates Hall;
