QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

*National Diploma in Property Administration and management / Legal Property Management * Valid code B (8) driver’s license *knowledge of contract management in a municipal environment will serve as an advantage*3 - 4 years experience in property and land sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Manage the processes of land acquisition, disposal and expropriation *Land administration and management *Manage the implementation of land reform within the municipal area

KEY COMPETENCIES:

*Team leader, experience and knowledge of projecting planning and management *Computer literacy *Ability to work under pressure *Driver’s license
SALARY

R597 888 per annum
Level 3 of Grade 12
