Notice is hereby given that, in terms of Section 152, subsection (1) (a) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (1996), read in conjunction with Chapter 4, Section 17 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (No.32 of 2000), the Emalahleni Local Municipality invites all stakeholders and Interested and Affected Parties to submit written comments on the ELM Draft Integrated Waste Management Plan as per section 11 of the National Environmental Management Waste Act,2008(Act No 59 of 2008).
Stakeholders and Interested and Affected Parties are invited to submit written comments on the Draft ELM IWMP via email or hand delivery to the municipal offices, within 30 days of the date of this advertisement. Copies of the ELM Draft IWMP can be obtained from municipal offices or downloaded from the municipal website: www.emalahleni.gov.za
