Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A and Section 78 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 as amended, read in conjunction with Section 84 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003 (as amended), and that the Emalahleni Local Municipality resolved under item A.241/19 dated 28 November 2019 for the Non-Financial support for SMMEs, Cooperatives and Informal Traders.
Objectives of the programme:
- To improve access to non-financial support,
- To improve access to capacity building,
- To improve access to information,
- To encourage expansion of existing enterprises,
- To encourage innovation and continuous improvement,
- To increase the skills base for local enterprises
Therefore, Emalahleni Local Municipality, Economic Development and Tourism Unit would like to invite all SMMEs, Cooperatives and Informal Traders to an information sharing session about a Non-Financial Support Programme. The information sharing session is scheduled as follows:
