Residents of Emalahleni Local Municipality are kindly informed that the municipality is in the process of phasing out cash payments in municipal offices. This means the municipality will no longer accept cash payments for municipal services in municipal pay points in the near future. Only bank cards and SASSA cards will be accepted for payment of services.
The residents will be informed in time about the phasing out of the cash process in their respective pay points.
Residents can still pay cash at various outlets such as post offices, Shoprite, pick & pay, checkers, garages and any other outlets that provide payment of municipal services.
