Notice is hereby given that, in terms of Section 152, subsection (1) (a) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (1996), read in conjunction with Chapter 4, Section 17 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (No.32 of 2000), the Emalahleni Local Municipality invites all unemployed youth graduates to submit their information / C.V’s to the youth development office in order to form a database of all unemployed youth graduates within its municipal jurisdiction.
