REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS OF ACCREDITED TRAINING SERVICE PROVIDERS) AND HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS (HEI’S)
Emalahleni Local Municipality invites Accredited Training Service Providers registered with South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) or relevant Sector Education & Training Authority (SETA) and Higher Education Institutions (HEI’s) are also encouraged to submit Quotations for the below mentioned training programmes, in order to implement the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) for 2020/2021:
The service provider must at least have 3 years experience as an Institution as well as 3 years experience in providing the training applying for, evidence must be attached.
The training service providers and HEIs are also requested to provide accreditation certificates and course outline or curriculum of each programme. The SAQA ID Number or Unit Standard Number must be reflected on the Quotation.
A separate quotation must be submitted for each training with all the required attachment.
The quotation must be submitted on the letterhead of your business and signed. All quotations must be hand delivered at the tender box not later than 06 August 2020
The following conditions will apply:
- Price(s) quoted must be valid for at least thirty (30) days from date of your offer.
- Price (s) quoted must be firm and must be inclusive of VAT.
- A firm delivery period must be indicated.
- Proof of the paid up Municipal Rates and Taxes account of the company or its directors.
- MBD forms
- CSD report (Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Scoring points-Certified copy of BBBEE certificate should be attached
- Evaluation criteria-The 80/20 PPPFA system for requirements with a Rand from R30 000 to R200 000 (all applicable taxes included)
Failure to comply with these conditions and filling of the declaration form may invalidate your offer.
