Notice is hereby given that, in terms of Section 152, subsection (1) (a) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (1996), read in conjunction with Chapter 4, Section 17 and 21(A) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (Act No. 32 of 2000), the Council has adopted the Draft Public Participation Strategy during an Ordinary Council Meeting held on Thursday, 27 March 2025 chaired by the Honourable Speaker, in the Millennium Hall Sacred Heart Chatholic Church, 3222 Mahlelela Street, Kwa -Thomas Mahlanguville, eMalahleni.
Members of the public can access the documents for public inspection on the municipal website at www.emalahleni.gov.za and in all municipal paypoints at the following buildings:
