Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Municipal System Act read together with Section 28(2)(e) of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act Council revised the approved 2020/2021 budget through an adjustment budget as per Resolution A.167/20 on 21st August 2020.
