PUBLIC COMMENTS ON WATER AND SANITATION BY-LAWS
The Emalahleni Local Municipality invites all interest parties to make representations on the proposed Water and Sanitation By-Law.
The Municipality intends providing members of the public with an opportunity to make written representations on the Water & Sanitation by-law, in order to observe social distancing and reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19.
Copies of the Water & Sanitation by-law and a comments form for recording comments and representations of interested parties, is to be collected from and submitted to, the Records Office, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, Corner Mandela and Arras Street between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, before 15 March 2021. The by-law may also be accessed at https://emalahleni.gov.za/v2/notices/
All comments must be submitted to the Records Office and on the official website https://emalahleni.gov.za/v2/notices/ by no later than 15 March 2021.
